PRIVACY POLICY

Elect Paul Danielson, Inc. ("EPD") is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information that you submit to us online. We have created this privacy policy to help you understand when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the Elect Paul Danielson web site (the "Site"). Also, please view our Terms of Use.

Collection of Personal Information

EPD collects a variety of personal information about the users of our services. Personal information is information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or information about activities directly linked to that person.

You provide most such information when you search, register, make a donation or communicate with us. We receive and store any information you enter on the Site or give us in any other way. Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, e-mail address, format preference (HTML vs. Text), address, interests, and similar information. We may collect information that identifies you personally when you submit comments, questions or suggestions to us. We also collect some personal information about you when you make a contribution through our site, so that we can comply with federal law. For example, we ask for your name, address, daytime phone number, employer, occupation, and credit card information. We also ask you to make a series of statements about your contribution so that we can ensure that we may legally accept it. We may disclose certain information about your contribution to the State Election Commission, which in turn makes certain information available to the general public. To learn more about the Arkansa State Board of Election Commissioners, please visit www.state.ar.us/sbec/

Our definition of personal information does not include "aggregate" information. Aggregate information is data we collect about a group or category of services or users from which individual user identities have been removed. For example, we may compile a report that indicates that a certain number of our users visit certain pages on our Site. Aggregate data helps us understand trends and user needs so that we can better consider new services or tailor existing services to user desires.

Use of Personal Information

We use the personal information that you give us to complete your donation and to comply with applicable State election regulations, communicate with you, and respond to your requests. We will contact you by using your email address in order to confirm your contribution. We also use personal information to provide you, upon your request, with information via e-mail regarding events, resources, and issues that we think might interest you. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, you may remove yourself from our email list at any time by visiting www.ElectDanielson.com, entering your email address and clicking on "unsubscribe," or you may opt out as described below.

"Tell-A-Friend" is a functionality on the Site that enables users to refer persons to the Site. If a user elects to use this referral service for informing a friend about the Site, we ask them for the friend's name and e-mail address. EPD will automatically send the referred friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the Site. EPD uses this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail.

Disclosure of Personal Information

EPD will only disclose personal information with your consent or as described in this section.

We will share personal information with third parties as necessary to complete a donation that you have initiated or to perform a service you have requested through this Site. In addition, certain providers, such as the entity that hosts the Site may have access to personal information. If you sign up to receive updates or contribute through the Site, EPD may share your personal information to organizations which have similar goals as EPD. For more information about such organizations, please contact us at info@ElectDanielson.com.

Information about our users, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any campaign merger, or transition of service to another provider, as well as in the unlikely event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information would be transferred.

We will release personal information to the State Election Commission in connection with the campaign's reporting thereto. We also will release personal information when we believe that it is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our Site's terms of use or other agreements, to initiate, render, bill, and collect for donations or services, or to protect the safety, rights or property of EPD or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Protection of Personal Information

We maintain a variety of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. For example, we use accepted tools and techniques in an effort to protect against unauthorized access to our systems.

In addition, we work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission via the Site (when you make a donation or register for our email list) by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. You should know that EPD has no control over the security of other Web sites on the Internet you might visit, interact with, or from which you buy products or services.

When you sign up for EPD's email list, your information is stored both at a Web site maintained by CFPS Corporation, Inc. and in a database in EPD's office.

EPD maintains e-mail lists of users. We configure our list server software to keep the e-mail addresses of users confidential. Because EPD is not the author of this software, however, we are not responsible for any failure in the software to preserve user anonymity.

Your own efforts to protect against unauthorized access play an important role in protecting the security of your personal information. You should keep your personal information. You should also be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer, and always log out of any Web site after viewing personal information.

Changing Personal Information. We give you access to a broad range of information about you and your interactions with the Site for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. Users may update their personal information at any time by clicking on "Log In."

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us. EPD does not ask for or knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. EPD does not accept donations from persons under 18.
